How can I help you get more customers?

If you’ve been disappointed with the results you’ve been getting with your current website, you are not alone. The good news is many times all it takes is some simple changes to help you get better results.

I have a simple three step methodology to help you get more customers.

  1. Capture how you speak about your business
  2. Capture how your current customers talk about your business
  3. Find where the two intersect to attract more customers

Let’s take a closer look at each step:

1. Capture how you speak about your business. Through an in-depth series of interviews I get to know what makes you and your business tick. By uncovering your core beliefs I’m able to better understand how to best convey your message to potential customers.

2. Capture how your current customers talk about your business. Then I speak with your best customers to find out what it is that they love about working with you. I listen closely to find the words they use to describe your business, what problems they believe you solve for them and what were the obstacles they needed to overcome before they started working with you.

3. Find where the two intersect to attract more customers. Then I put together language for your website that engages the potential customer directly. Language that allows customers to make a personal connection with you while addressing their major concerns. It essentially appears as if you have gotten inside the mind of your potential customer. Your website then acts as a magnet that pulls more of the right kind of customers to you.

Is it more customers you’re looking for?
